By visiting our website, purchasing products from our online shop, or booking/receiving any physical hair stylist or spa services at our physical location, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

Changes & Availability: All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Returns: Online product purchases are subject to return or exchange strictly in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - IN-SALON SERVICES & BOOKINGS (PHYSICAL LOCATION)

This section applies to all clients booking, scheduling, or receiving physical hair styling, treatments, or spa services at our physical salon location (2 Leeu Street, Rant En Dal, Krugersdorp).

Appointments & Bookings: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. To secure certain high-value, high-duration, or specialized chemical service bookings, we reserve the right to request a booking deposit.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals:
- Please notify us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may be shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent clients, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Right to Refuse Service: For the safety and well-being of our staff and other clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, or if a requested service compromises the health and integrity of your hair or scalp.
Hair & Treatment Results: Hair history (past colors, chemical treatments, box dyes) drastically impacts technical outcomes. You agree to provide our stylists with an accurate hair history during your consultation. While our stylists apply professional expertise, final results may vary, and we do not guarantee exact color matches or specific technical outcomes if hidden hair history compromises the process.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products and in-salon services are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the online order is placed or the salon service is rendered. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at our posted prices, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Our Services, website, branding, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, text, and original content are owned by D's Hair, Beauty & Spa - By Dalia, our affiliates, or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is a service provider and is not responsible for any aspect of the direct sales or physical salon services between you and D's Hair, Beauty & Spa - By Dalia.
