Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

Please note: High volume periods or promotional events may cause slight delays in processing.

Local Pickup (Krugersdorp)

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our salon in Krugersdorp.

  1. Select Local Pickup at checkout.

  2. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days.

  3. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (South Africa)

At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier's tracking portal.
