Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ds Hair by Dalia. We deliver to physical addresses within Gauteng, South Africa, and offer free pickup from our Krugersdorp salon. Available delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.

1. Delivery areas and charges

• Krugersdorp and Roodepoort local delivery: R90 for orders of R400 or less; free for orders over R400, where the address falls within our supported local delivery postal codes.

• Other supported Gauteng local delivery areas: R90 for orders under R800; free for orders of R800 or more.

• Gauteng courier delivery: R150 for orders under R800; free for orders of R800 or more.

• We do not currently deliver to other provinces, outside South Africa, or to P.O. boxes.

Local delivery is available only for eligible addresses in our listed postal code zones. The courier option remains available within Gauteng.

2. Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Courier transit is normally 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• During sales, public holidays, or unexpected courier disruptions, delivery may take slightly longer.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details when your order is dispatched.

3. Free salon pickup

Select pickup at checkout to collect from Ds Hair by Dalia, 2 Leeu Street, Rant En Dal, Krugersdorp, Gauteng, 1739. Pickup is free. Orders are usually ready in 2–4 days. Please wait for the collection-ready notification before visiting and bring your order confirmation.

4. Delivery problems or damaged orders

If tracking has not updated, your parcel is delayed or missing, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at dalia@dshair.co.za or 066 268 2454 with your name and order number. Ds Hair by Dalia will assist you and work with the courier to trace or resolve the delivery issue.

For damaged orders, please also include clear photographs of the outer packaging and affected product so that we can investigate promptly.
