  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We value our stylists’ time and other clients’ needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or “no-shows” may be subject to a cancellation fee or require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client, but the full service price will still apply.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for health, safety, or professional reasons.

3. Online Store & Product Purchases

  • Product Availability: All products listed in our online store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products and salon services are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Payments: We accept secure online payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
  • Shipping and Delivery: We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • Returns and Refunds: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hair care products or tools unless they are defective. Please contact us to initiate a return.
